Refund Policy

B. Fancy Shop does NOT accept exchanges, cancellations, or returns. However, if you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

All sales are final. Please contact us before placing your order if you have any questions.

You may return your purchase as long as it was a mistake on our part regarding size, color, or model, and it has been less than 48 hours since you received it.

The return will be valid as long as the products are in perfect condition and have not been used.

The shipping cost for returns will be paid by B. Fancy Shop, reiterating that it was a mistake on our part; otherwise, it will not proceed. There are no exchanges or returns on discounted items.

If, unfortunately, you receive a damaged or incorrect item (an error on our part), B. Fancy Shop is responsible for shipping. If the damage is due to USPS, UPS, DHL, or FEDEX and the order is not insured, we cannot provide a replacement.

Please be sure to verify your address, as the order will be shipped to the address provided in the order confirmation/receipt. This includes PayPal addresses. Any packages returned due to an incorrect address will be reshipped, and the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost. These packages are not eligible for a refund.
